About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciling bank statements
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Assist with payroll processing and employee records
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and office supplies
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Answer phone calls, emails, and handle other general office correspondence
• Assist with special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or administrative assistant (minimum 2 years)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Property Management and proficiency in related software is an asset
